Strategic Advice

• Build and coordinate an investor relations plan, consisting of the preparation of a strategy document, action plan and news flow calendar to ensure the Company has relevant and timely news to present to the market on a regular basis;
• Forward planning through the identification of key corporate and operational milestones and profile building media opportunities.

Investor Targeting

• Analysis of peers to identify brokers, HNW individuals, small cap funds, etc. for client to engage with; and
• Identification of suitable investor relations-focused events and activities to participate in and leverage;

Content Creation

• Creation of a dedicated protocol for Chapter One Advisors to manage (on behalf of the company) the communication with key stakeholders at time of key announcements
• Production and distribution of media / investor-friendly ASX announcements;

Roadshow & Conference Management

• Assisting in the preparation of broker materials and roadshow itineraries; and
• Coordination of investor briefings
